RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

It is important to us that you know exactly where you stand in advance. Our products are carefully manufactured to order, specifically for you. Therefore, the conditions below apply.

1. Custom-made products

All products in our webshop are manufactured to order according to the chosen model, dimensions, and specifications.

According to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products.

This means:

  • No 14-day cooling-off period
  • No right to return
  • No exchange after ordering

By placing an order, you agree that the product cannot be returned.

2. Order Cancellations

Cancellation before production starts

  • Cancellation is only possible before production has started.
  • This must be done in writing (by email).
  • Any costs already incurred (design, administration, materials) may be charged.

Cancellation after production starts

  • Once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • Already paid amounts will not be refunded.

3. Delivery and Inspection

Upon receipt of the order, you must immediately inspect the product.

Pay attention to:

  • Visible transport damage
  • Incomplete delivery
  • Obvious manufacturing defects

4. Damage or defects upon delivery

  • Damage or defects must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Reports must be accompanied by clear photos.
  • Reports submitted after this period cannot be processed.

5. Manufacturing defects

In case of a demonstrable manufacturing defect:

  • The product will be repaired, replaced, or credited.
  • The assessment will take place in cooperation with the manufacturer.
  • This falls under the statutory conformity guarantee and manufacturer's warranty.

6. What is not covered by return or warranty

The following situations are not covered by return or warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage due to incorrect use
  • Damage due to moisture, heat, or direct sunlight
  • Damage occurring after delivery
  • Assembly by third parties
  • Deviations within production tolerances

7. Refusal of delivery

If a delivery is refused without valid reason:

  • The order will be considered delivered
  • The right to a refund lapses
  • Any additional costs (transport, storage) may be charged

8. Refunds

  • Refunds are only possible if agreed upon in writing.
  • Any refunds will be processed within 14 days of confirmation.
